Dr. Ralf Katschinski

Ralf Katschinski was born in 1965. He studied law at the Universities of Kiel and Guildford/Surrey (GB) as well as business at University of Hagen. From 1990 until 1991, he was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dieter Reuter at Institut für Wirtschafts- und Steuerrecht at University of Kiel. From 1992 to 1993, he worked as a lecturer at Verwaltungsfachhochschule in Kiel-Altenholz. In 1995, he became a candidate notary in Hamburg and in 1996, he was a consultant at Deutsches Notarinstitut in Würzburg. In 1997, he was appointed as notary in Hamburg. Ralf Katschinski was awarded his doctorate on the basis of a thesis on transformation law in 1998.

He is an author of the „Würzburger Notarhandbuch“ and other scientific publications. His professional focal points are based on company law, in particular mergers, the law of stock corporations and limited liability companies, assisting tax advisers and accountants in implementing tax-related transactions and successions in businesses as well as real estate law.
